  1. For this cookie, we will need quite a lot of ingredients. Powdered sugar can be taken any, i.e. without vanilla. Instead of almonds, it's better to take almonds, but I couldn't buy and just bought nuts. You can take any oatmeal. For myself, I always use coarse flakes, and for cookies I took Hercules. In a blender, whisk the flakes with powdered sugar. I did not break it in order to sprinkle it with flour, but so that it was clear that it was grits.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl where we will knead the cookie dough. Add flour, but preferably wholegrain. I crushed the nuts with a pestle in a mortar not finely. They can be fried in advance.

  3. Butter should be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is soft. Cut it into small pieces and spread it with a mixture of nuts and two drops of almond flavor.

  4. Grind them into crumbs with your hands. If the dough turned out to be too crumbly, then you need to add a little more oil. The dough turned out to be pliable, does not stick to my hands, and I rolled it into a ball.

  5. Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I use a silicone mat. Pieces are torn off from the dough, rolled into small balls, flattening them in the form of cookies. The cookies turned out to be 9 pieces with a diameter of ~ 5 cm and a height of 1 cm. They are placed on a mat at some distance from each other. Preheat the oven to t-180 C.

  6. Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes. I have a mini oven and it bakes very fast. It took me 10 minutes. Don't overdo it with cookies. You need to take it out of the oven right away. Cool completely. Cookies in the baking process will get a larger diameter of ~ 7 cm.
