- For this cookie, we will need quite a lot of ingredients. Powdered sugar can be taken any, i.e. without vanilla. Instead of almonds, it's better to take almonds, but I couldn't buy and just bought nuts. You can take any oatmeal. For myself, I always use coarse flakes, and for cookies I took Hercules. In a blender, whisk the flakes with powdered sugar. I did not break it in order to sprinkle it with flour, but so that it was clear that it was grits.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I use a silicone mat. Pieces are torn off from the dough, rolled into small balls, flattening them in the form of cookies. The cookies turned out to be 9 pieces with a diameter of ~ 5 cm and a height of 1 cm. They are placed on a mat at some distance from each other. Preheat the oven to t-180 C.
