- Cucumbers cut into slices using a vegetable peeler. Put the onion in a colander and let the excess liquid drain. For making salad. Place the rice on a flat plate and brush with mayonnaise. Put the onion and pieces of liver on top. You can add another drop of mayonnaise. Put cucumbers on top and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
