- 1 kg Pork only pork loin is used
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
- 50 ml Olive oil
- Black pepper to taste

- Fry the marinated meat. This can be done on coals, in a frying pan, in the oven. But we chose the tandoor. So... put the pickled meat on the tandoor grill. When the tandoor is ready, load the meat grate into it and close all the doors. Leave for 15 minutes, then open and remove the mesh. Remove the meat and serve it to the table.
