Apple Lean "Mayonnaise" and Salad with Mussels Recipe
I do not know about you, but I secretly love mayonnaise))) do not always want to fill salads with olive oil! The first time I tried this sauce in 2012 and I liked it! Sharing a recipe with you! Plus there is a recipe with mussels seasoned with Apple mayonnaise. Lenten salad (mussels lent allowed on Saturdays and Sundays).

  1. Apples peel, remove core and cut into slices. Add to apples 50 ml water, lemon juice and sugar and simmer, stirring occasionally. Simmer until tender, apples should be easily rubbed with a spoon.

  3. Continuing to whisk, begin to slowly add the oil. Before each next portion of the previous oil should mix well with apples. It looks like a real mayonnaise.

  4. The finished sauce cool and use as directed. I made a salad with mussels. Took salad arugula, tomatoes and mussels in oil with spices. Season with lean Apple mayonnaise.
