Baked spicy pumpkin with dried fruits and cottage cheese is a very tasty addition to breakfast or a light dinner, however, as an independent dish can also exist. The beauty is that for this recipe, the pumpkin does not need to be cleaned, it is also our dish for baking.
We prepare the products -remove the seeds from the pumpkin, peel the apples.
In the pumpkin, put a layer of apples, pieces of butter, sprinkle with cinnamon. If desired, you can also add cottage cheese to this layer.
Fill with dried fruits, if desired, you can add dried apricots.
Then again, a layer of apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Carefully cover everything with cottage cheese, as if sealing our filling, lubricate with yolk. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until the pumpkin is soft, it took me about 1 hour (it all depends on the size of the pumpkin). You can pour a little water into the baking dish.
Pumpkin is ready, fragrant, tender, delicious and most importantly very useful.
