- 4 slices Bread (rye)
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 1/2 pieces Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Sugar

- Squeeze the juice out of the lemon (I like the dressing sourer, you can adjust to your liking). Mix lemon juice, vegetable oil and sugar. Finely chop the greens. Fill the beans with the dressing and mix it lightly. Sprinkle the salad with prepared croutons, sprinkle with herbs. That's it, our salad is ready!
