Cut bell peppers into small cubes and add to the meat.
Cut the fresh cucumber into strips.
Also cut the pear.
Peel the pineapple and cut it into small cubes.
Carefully mix the ingredients.
Serve this salad preferably immediately. If you are preparing a salad ahead of time, either do not put the chicken in it, or use canned pineapple.
Before serving, season the salad with mayonnaise and, if necessary, salt (I do not salt).
Don't forget to sprinkle the salad with pine nuts.
