- 1 piece Tomato
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion
- 250 gram Cabbage
- 200 gram Cauliflower
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 8 pieces Prune
- Parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper

- Transfer the fried vegetables (onions, carrots, beets and tomatoes) to a saucepan with borscht. We cook until the vegetables are ready. Add the chopped garlic. Salt, pepper to taste. Remove the pan from the stove, add the prunes, cover and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Serve with sour cream or mayonnaise, sprinkled with parsley (or other herbs).
