Wash the rice thoroughly, add it to boiling water and cook until tender.
Cook the shrimps in a separate container for 1-2 minutes, adding them to boiling water. Add 1-2 tsp of salt to the shrimp. Note: this method of cooking is suitable only for boiled and frozen shrimps, if raw shrimps are used, then they need to be cooked longer – about 5-10 minutes.
Peel the cooked shrimps from the shell, remove the heads and tail.
Cut the avocado and tomato into pieces so that they are about the same size.
Wash the arugula, dry it, and divide it into leaves.
Assemble the bowl – put the lettuce leaves on the bottom, break the bowl into 4 quarters and put the rice, tomato, avocado and shrimp in them. You can also use any other serving option you like.
