Burgers made of Turkey Stuffed with Apples Recipe
Large, flavorful burgers stuffed with sweet apples and cheese - the perfect combination! And if you also have smoke and your favorite sauce - then you need to cook more of these burgers, the family was delighted, including the children!

Ingredients
- 450 gram Turkey minced meat
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Allspice
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 3 tablespoons Cheese hard
- 1 piece Apple large, sweet
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste
Instructions
- In the minced meat, coarsely chop the leek feathers, add garlic through a press, pepper, egg and salt. Stir.
- To prepare burgers with filling, it is convenient to use a special form. Grease the form with oil, put part of the minced meat (half for 1 Burger) on the bottom, and a hole is formed.
- Put the Apple slices in this hole.
- Sprinkle with a little cheese.
- Then again distribute the minced meat (the second part for 1 Burger)
- Flatten the minced meat with a press, without forming a hole and take out the semi-finished Burger on foil or paper. Similarly, form 2 more burgers. If there is no such press, it does not matter, you can form burgers with filling and manually (like zrazy), then press a little.
- Fry burgers on moderately hot coals, turning them over until tender (it is important not to over-dry them)
- Serve with herbs and sauce.
