You need to salt a little, as the degree of "salinity" can be adjusted in the finished form (dosolit), in our case it is important - not to salt!
When sugar melts on 2 / 3, add tomato juice.
Important! The taste of the sauce from homemade tomato juice and store will be different,
we like it better with store juice, but it should be of very good quality,
the final taste directly depends on it.
Boil for 3-5 minutes (until thick).
Let you not be confused by the fact that the caramel freezes a little when pouring juice, it will melt when heated.
You do not need to add anything else, except to add salt to taste.
