- Cut the chicken (separate two legs, two wings, separate the breast from the bone). Cut each half of the breast into three parts (in total, six pieces of breast are obtained). The bone will not be useful to us, we can save it for some soup. Pierce all the pieces with a fork so that the marinade penetrates into each piece, put all the pieces in a deep bowl, pour a glass of yogurt and put one tablespoon of mustard, salt to taste and leave to marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.
