- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper

- Cut the boiled chicken breast into cubes. Pepper cubes. Cut the carrots into slices a little (it's easier to mix the salad this way, and it's more convenient to eat). From the greens, lay out the onion and a couple of sprigs of parsley. Season with mayonnaise and enjoy! You can sprinkle grated cheese on top, but a little, just for beauty.
