Rolled oats (NOT quick cooking!) pour boiling water at room temperature. Cover the container with a lid or food wrap and let it brew for 5-6 hours. (I leave for the night)
Beat the mixture in a blender.
Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
Add cocoa, a pinch of salt and honey to the resulting oatmeal milk.
Beat the drink in a blender.
Everything is ready! Simple, fast, and affordable. Very tasty!
You can add a little cinnamon or vanilla to the drink. Adjust the amount of honey and cocoa to your taste. Honey can be replaced with sugar, preferably brown. If you change the proportions and put more oat flakes on 500 ml of water, the drink will turn out to be thicker, similar in consistency to a cocktail.
Store this drink in the refrigerator for no more than two days. Shake before use.
From the specified number of ingredients, 530-550 ml of the finished product is obtained.
