Chocolate Tart Recipe
Tart made for myself and my husband - so for her and for him-my husband loves strawberries, I love cherries, my husband prefers milk chocolate, and I'm dark and at least 75% cocoa. All taken into account and here it is, chocolate tart for two flavors. Try it?

Cook Time 45 minutes
Ingredients
Tart:
- 100 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Butter cold diced
- 25 gram Cocoa powder
- 25 gram Sugar powder
- 25 ml Orange juice ice or replace with ice water
Ganache:
- 50 gram Dark chocolate
- 80 gram Milk chocolate / Chocolate
- 130 ml Cream fat
For filing:
- Cherries remove the bones, to taste
- Strawberry to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, add all the ingredients for the tart, except the juice. Punch with a blender.
- Take ice juice or ice water, pour into a blender and very quickly knead the dough, if tight, then add a little more juice. Do not mix it - it will be oak after baking.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough between two films and put it in a tart form. I had a form for 15 and so the test is not much left - it is better to take 16-17 cm. Prick with a fork. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 13-15 minutes. Focus on your oven. I have a form of ceramic. The remaining piece of dough I also baked and ground into crumbs, used for other desserts.
- Cool the tart. Break the chocolate and pour very hot cream. Mix thoroughly and pour on the tart.
- Arrange with strawberries and cherries. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours - I have at night.
- Bon appetit.
