  1. Cut the chilled fillet of any fish into small pieces with a knife (it is undesirable to scroll through the meat grinder).
  2. Grate the peeled tomato and peeled onion on a fine grater until it is a mush.
  3. Mix all the minced meat ingredients thoroughly, add salt and pepper to taste, let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Spread the minced meat on muffin molds and bake in the oven on the grill at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until cooked.
