Chushka Burek is translated from Bulgarian as pepper pie. Pie and it turns out, is only a test sweet, flavorful roasted peppers. The filling is traditionally made from cheese, if there is no quality cheese, you can make it from cottage cheese, only salt it well. You can bake in the oven, and you can pan in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan. It turns out incredibly tasty! In the filling, if desired, you can still add garlic and herbs. Wash peppers and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until tender, about 20-25 minutes, I usually turn them on the other side to evenly baked. Leave in the oven for 20 minutes, and then take out and clean.
