- 400 gram Fillet fish cod fillet without skin and bones
- 1 piece Onion small onion
- 3 pieces Champignons large mushrooms
- 6 tablespoons Vegetable oil for stewing mushrooms and onions and for roasting cutlets
- 1 slice Loaf
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 piece Chicken egg small
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Before you start cooking minced fish, I want to pay attention to some points. If you bought glazed fish fillet in the supermarket, it should be thawed, then squeeze well to remove excess moisture, then cod fillet (400 gr.) cut into pieces, then mince with a slice of loaf (10 oz.), add in minced fish egg (1 piece), 2 tbsp of the milk. Mushrooms (3 PCs.) and onions (1 PC.) cut into small cubes. Add vegetable oil to the pan (2 tablespoons). Put the pan on a slow fire and simmer the onion and mushrooms for a few minutes until the onion is soft and transparent.
