In a saucepan or high frying pan, put the pumpkin, fill with water, put a stick of cinnamon, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the pumpkin is ready. It took me 15 minutes.
We knead the finished pumpkin with a pusher. I prefer it to stay in pieces, not in mashed potatoes.
Fill the pumpkin with milk, put salt, sugar, and vanilla. Boil.
Sugar to taste and depends on the sweetness of the pumpkin, I add stevia.
Fill in the couscous and mix. Let the porridge boil and turn it off.
Mix the porridge thoroughly and cover it with a lid so that it is infused for at least 10 minutes.
Serve the porridge hot, you can put butter, honey.
