- Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Get the duck from the refrigerator, release from the food film. Stuff the duck with apples. Transfer it to the foil. Raise the edges of the foil so that the tail was tightly pressed to the carcass and did not tear the foil. Wrap the duck tightly in foil on all sides. Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for another 60 minutes.
