Put the saucepan with 1.5 litres of water on the stove. Carrots, cut into large cubes, put in a pan to cook.
I cut the fish into fillets. Send the fish in pan of carrots.
Cucumbers grate on a coarse grater. Also sent in the pan to cook.
Onions finely chop, fry in small amount of oil. Add to all ingredients in the pan.
Olives cut into circles, add to everything in the soup. Add salt to taste. If the cucumbers are not very salty, you can add either another cucumber or a small amount of brine. Our soup let the sauce to boil for 5 minutes.
