One of the favorite treats of my children and my husband is marmalade. So I decided to experiment and was satisfied with the result. And my favorite men, and even more.
Pour the gelatin with compote and leave for 5 minutes to swell.
Fill the sugar with water. Put the pan on the stove, bring to a boil and keep it in this state for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. (Boil over low heat).
Remove from the heat and immediately add the swollen gelatin, mix until completely dissolved.
Fill the molds with liquid marmalade and refrigerate until solidified. Marmalade is ready!
