- - Boil the rice until tender and cool - boil, peel and cool the prawns- prepare the dressing: pass the garlic through a garlic press, in a separate container, mix the oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper- thinly slice the onion - cut the olives - cut feta cheese into cubes or mash- combine all the ingredients, pour the dressing and mix.
