- 100 gram Sour cream
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 350 gram Chicken fillet (boiled)
- 120 gram Celery root
- 2 piece Apple
- 40 gram Almond
- 1 tsp Lemon juice

- Boil the chicken fillet. I did it for a couple in a slow cooker. Cut the celery stalks into small cubes, peel the green Apple and also cut into cubes. To prevent the Apple from darkening, sprinkle it with lemon juice. Fry the almonds in a dry pan and chop them not very finely with a knife. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
