  5. Add 3 tablespoons of semolina. If your minced meat is too thin, then add another spoonful of semolina. Mix everything well, add spices and salt.
  6. Form small cutlets. So they keep their shape better, do not fall apart when frying and do not absorb so much oil. You can roll the cutlets in flour or breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry in a well-heated frying pan until golden brown.
  8. Serve the cutlets with heat from the heat. But the cooled ones are also very tasty.
  9. Cutlets go well with salads.
