- Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the vegetables for 5 minutes until slightly golden brown. Next, add the hunting sausages, cut into thin slices, to the pan. Fry the vegetables together with the sausages a little, then turn off the heat and add a finely chopped garlic clove to the pan.
