- Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil until transparent, add the liver cut into small pieces, and fry. Season with salt and pepper, add the crushed garlic, pour in the cream and simmer under the lid on low heat until the liver is ready. Then add the butter. Punch the vegetables with the liver with a blender and cool.
