Meat baked with Persimmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 900 gram Pork (for baking it is better to take an escalope)
- 2 pieces Persimmon
- 2 pieces Apple
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Fry the meat in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. This is to seal the juices inside the meat and make it juicier.
- Cut the persimmon, apples and onion into slices or halves. On the meat, make deep incisions along the entire length, not reaching 2 cm to the end. Mix the spices, salt, and honey and coat the meat with this mixture.
- Put slices of persimmon, Apple and onion in each cut. Wrap the meat in foil and put it in a preheated 170* oven for 50 minutes. 10 - 15 minutes before cooking, turn the meat around, pour the resulting juice and put it back in the oven for a Golden crust.
- The meat turns out juicy, with a honey brown crust, with a subtle aroma of Apple and persimmon.
