I decided to share with you a delicious and juicy salad with a not hackneyed taste. Bulgarian pepper refreshes, fried mushrooms give it a special flavor. At the same time, a little meat makes the salad satisfying. Help yourself!
Boil the pork until tender. I do it the day before, you can make a soup from the broth.
Prepare the food, wash and clean.
Wash the mushrooms, cut them into large plates.
Put in boiling salted water, add bay leaf 3 pcs. Cook for 3 minutes, toss in a colander.
Onion cut into half rings, pour boiling water, add 1 tbsp. l. vinegar 9 %. Leave to marinate.
In a frying pan, pour a little refined oil, heat it, lay out the mushrooms and fry until golden brown.
Cut the pork into large strips.
Pepper - coarsely. It will be very beautiful if you take half of the red pepper and half of the yellow. (It's a little expensive these days, so I only have red.)
Wash the parsley, peel off the hard stems, and finely chop.
Drain the onion on a strainer to drain the excess liquid.
Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Put the mayonnaise in a bowl, squeeze half a lemon into it, add salt and season the salad (it is better to do this before serving).
