- Meanwhile, we are preparing our future cakes from lavash. Cut it into 4 pieces and put two sheets on top of each other in a baking dish. Then spread the bean filling on the pita bread. Cut the tomato into cubes and put it on the beans, sprinkle with grated cheese, put it in the oven. As soon as the pita bread turns golden, take out the biscuits, put them on plates and eat.
