- 250 gram Pasta TORTIGLIONI, any
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Squash or zucchini
- 70 ml Cream (10%)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 30 gram Parmesan cheese you can substitute any favorite cheese, but Parmesan is delicious!
- Melissa fresh
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Boil the pasta in parallel with the preparation of the zucchini sauce. Cook pasta al dente (on the tooth). Prepare the sauce. Pour olive oil into a high saucepan, heat it up and put the finely chopped onion. Fry the onion on low heat for a minute. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. We send it to the onion, add a little fire and fry for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
