- 200 gram Chinese cabbage
- 250 gram Pickled cucumber
- 3 pieces Egg
- 75 gram Semi-hard cheese
- 75 gram Sour cream
- 75 gram Mayonnaise
- 1/3 bunch Green Onion
- 1/3 bunch Greens (parsley, dill)
- 300 gram Green peas (canned)

Instructions
- Put the chopped vegetables and eggs in a large salad bowl or bowl. Add finely chopped greens, green onions and peas to the salad. Season with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. (or sour cream / mayonnaise in its pure form) mix. When serving, sprinkle each portion of the salad with finely grated cheese.
