- 150 gram Rice brown
- 350 milliliters Broth vegetable
- 250 milliliters Tomato juice
- 1 piece Tomato
- 80 gram Black olives
- 100 gram Mozzarella
- Greens to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix 250 ml of tomato juice and 100 ml of broth, add salt. Cook until the rice is ready. Cut the bell pepper into halves, remove the seeds. Mix diced tomatoes and mozzarella, as well as halves of olives with the finished rice. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Fill the halves of the peppers with the resulting minced meat.
