Ingredients
Base:
- 300 gram Adyghe cheese
- 300 gram Tomato
Marinade:
- 70 ml Dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar white wine
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 bunch Basil
- 1/2 bunch Parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, pour the wine, add the vinegar and vegetable oil.
- Add salt, sugar and ground black pepper. Beat until the salt and sugar are dissolved. Be sure to try the marinade and adjust the taste if necessary.
- Wash the Basil and parsley, dry and chop. Add the herbs to the marinade and mix.
- Cut the cheese into thin slices.
- Put it in a wide dish (preferably in a container) in one layer.
- Pour over the prepared marinade. Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator for a few hours (from 2 to 4).
- Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into thin slices. When serving, lay out slices of cheese, alternating them with tomatoes.
