Place the Easter cake mold on a plate. Moisten the gauze with water and squeeze. Put the gauze in 2-3 layers, in a mold.
Randomly distribute the resulting mass according to the shape. The edges of the gauze are carefully bent, closing the curd mass. The dish is mounted on top, not its weight. Put the form with the load in the refrigerator for at least 14 hours. (the time depends on the humidity of the cottage cheese, my cake was prepared for almost 24 hours). Periodically drain the liquid that will form on the plate.
