Bake eggplants and sweet peppers in the oven at 180 g for about 30-40 minutes. Remove the skin (before that, you can put the vegetables in a cellophane bag for 10 minutes).
Chop with a blender or just finely chop the eggplant, pepper and tomatoes. I used canned tomatoes, fresh tomatoes need to be peeled by pouring boiling water over them.
