- Brussels sprouts should be boiled for 3-5 minutes in salted water, tossed in a colander and covered with cold water. Cut off the extra protruding stalk. Cut the Turkey fillet into small pieces so that they can wrap the cabbage head. From 250 g of fillet I got 9 pieces. We beat off the pieces a little with the blunt side of the knife. I've got the bacon sliced, and I'll cut each piece in half, and the fillet pieces will fit in the halves.
