- 300 gram Chicken fillet
- 150 gram Green olives
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 1/2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 25 gram Cashew

Instructions
- Break the lettuce.
- Add the chilled chicken to the salad.
- Mix in a separate cup: lemon juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add salt to taste and season the salad.
- Decorate with a boiled egg laid out in a circle.
