Salad "New Year Surprise" Recipe
Delicious, moderately spicy and very interesting salad with sausage and Korean carrots. Surrounded by beetroot and sour apple, this salad sounds in a new way, revealing the taste sensations. Salad disappears from the table with lightning speed and is always a success.

Instructions
- Peel boiled potatoes and beets and grate on a coarse grater.
- Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater. Cut the sausage into small cubes.
- Finely chop the dill. Drain the excess liquid from the carrots. To collect lettuce in layers: 1) sausage + mayonnaise 2) beetroot + mayonnaise 3) Apple 4) potatoes + mayonnaise 5) Korean carrots 6) dill
