Salad "Oasis" Recipe
For those with a sweet red onion, this recipe is for you! I tried it in a restaurant in Dubai and was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected combination of ingredients!

  1. Cut the ham and tomatoes into 1x1 cubes. Onion cut into 8 parts and again in half or 3 parts each slice. Green asparagus (pre-boiled and chilled) - about 2 cm in length. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir and season the salad mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
