Salad "Retro" Recipe
I want to offer you my son's favorite salad. Although there are many recipes for salads with cod liver on the site, but I didn't find them. The name of the menu of the retro cafe where I tried it. Despite the fact that there is mayonnaise in the salad, it turns out fresh, light, juicy and very tasty!

Ingredients
- 120 gram Cod liver
- 2 pieces Egg (boiled)
- 100 gram Crab sticks
- 100 gram Apple (Take a green, hard Apple sour varieties.)
- 100 gram Cucumber
- 100 ml Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cut fresh cucumber and peeled apple into strips.
- Chilled (not frozen) crab sticks cut into rings.
- Boiled, peeled eggs cut into cubes.
- Put a layer of sliced apples in a salad bowl first.
- Then cucumbers.
- Next, the crushed pieces of cod liver are freed from fat.
- The next layer is crab sticks.
- Then add the eggs (photo not taken), lubricate with mayonnaise and put in the refrigerator for an hour and a half for impregnation.
- Served on a regular dish. You can pour into bowls in the appropriate proportions. The number of ingredients is according to taste.
