Salad with Ham and fried Orange Recipe
Quite an interesting salad, both in preparation and in combination of products. It will decorate your festive dinner and make an excellent company for red sparkling wine.

  1. Peel the oranges and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick . Season each circle to taste with Provencal herbs. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, carefully lay out the orange (be careful, the oil may splash!) and fry on both sides. If desired, you can add honey to oranges (it tastes better with it, imho!). Wash and dry the arugula and grapes, and cut the parmesan into thin slices. Put the arugula on a platter, and put thin slices of ham on top. Add the grapes and olives to the salad. Lay out the fried orange and cheese.
