- 80 gram Soft cheese
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsp Lime
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- Allspice to taste

- 1/2 handful walnut

- The recipe is simple, all the ingredients can be put in the amount to your taste. Wash the lettuce leaves. I had arugula and frillis this time. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing: honey, olive oil, mustard, lime juice, salt, pepper. Fry the nuts in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes. Cut the pear into thin slices, fry for 1 min on the grill (you can cook in a frying pan for about 1 min on each side). Cut the camembert into small pieces.
