I think everyone knows the salad: radish + egg + greens, I cook this salad without mayonnaise. Very simple!

  1. Wash the radishes and chop them. Separate the whites from the yolks and cut into strips.

  2. Instead of mayonnaise, I make egg dressing. To do this, knead the egg yolk, add vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt and add spices. Sometimes I add low-fat yogurt instead of vegetable oil. And sometimes they fill this dressing with side dishes for salads. Combine radishes, protein, chopped green onions and dressing. It may seem that it is very thick. But stir and let stand in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
