- Wash liver, clean all unnecessary and boil in salted water, in which you can add a Bay leaf and a few peas of allspice. Cool and grate on a fine grater. Next, we collect the salad in layers, smearing each layer with homemade mayonnaise: spread on lettuce leaves, 1 layer-chicken liver (mayonnaise), 2 layer - fried onion (mayonnaise), 3 layer - rice (mayonnaise), 4 layer - greens (mayonnaise), 5 layer - egg. Top with dill. Let the salad brew for half an hour, and you can carry it to the table!
