Delicious, hearty salad, you can take any sausage / boiled meat / meat delicacy for cooking - it depends on the rank of the celebration. It is ideal in winter, because literally one large tomato is enough for its design, it is also the "nail" of the recipe.

  1. In a deep salad bowl, cut the sausage into strips, put three hard cheeses on top, preferably spicy to taste. Squeeze out a little mayonnaise on the cheese with a thin mesh, put the mushrooms from the jar on top. We're not salting anything! Sausage and cheese are quite salty, mushrooms are completely neutral in salt - that's how it should be.

Mix well, you can mash the tomato slices with a spoon.Put the tomato-mayonnaise dressing in a salad bowl on top of the mushrooms. Serve it on the table.
