- In a deep salad bowl, cut the sausage into strips, put three hard cheeses on top, preferably spicy to taste. Squeeze out a little mayonnaise on the cheese with a thin mesh, put the mushrooms from the jar on top. We're not salting anything! Sausage and cheese are quite salty, mushrooms are completely neutral in salt - that's how it should be.
- Proceed to the preparation of the top layer of salad. In the mayonnaise, squeeze out a chesnokodavka, a couple of garlic cloves, cut the tomato / tomatoes into small cubes, add salt, if there is a desire to add herbs - add. Mix well, you can mash the tomato slices with a spoon.Put the tomato-mayonnaise dressing in a salad bowl on top of the mushrooms. Serve it on the table.
