Sandwiches with Tuna Recipe
We love this wonderful fish. There's always a tin of canned tuna in the refrigerator in case you're feeling an urge. And when there is no time (or just laziness) to build a salad, I prepare these simple, but very delicious sandwiches. Pickled onion, fresh and crunchy celery and "meaty" tuna on a slice of rye bread - it's great!

  3. In a bowl, transfer the onion and celery, add salt, sugar and vinegar, leave for 5 minutes. While this good is marinating, you can fry the bread in a toaster or in a dry pan. Or you can not fry.
