Wash the fish fillets, dry them, add salt and pepper.
In this recipe, you can use two options for cooking fish.
1. Melt 40g of butter in a frying pan and fry the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until tender. Transfer the fillets to a plate and keep warm until serving.
2. I most often use this cooking option. I bake the fillet on an electric grill and do it simultaneously with the preparation of the sauce.
For the sauce, peel the onion and finely chop it. Cut the mushrooms into halves or quarters. Melt 20 g of butter in a frying pan and lightly brown the onion.
Add the mushrooms, pour in the olive oil and fry, stirring for 5 minutes.
Pour in the wine and cream. Add salt and pepper and simmer over medium heat for 7 minutes.
Place the fish on serving plates and pour the sauce over it. Or, do the opposite as I did this time.
