Prepare all products for the dish: 1 Cup of beans, 400 g fresh mushrooms, 1 onion, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2st. l vegetable oil, (salt, fresh ground black pepper - optional), 2st. L. chopped fresh green dill.For table layout:Bell peppers and fresh herbs
Soak the beans in cold water for 4 hours, or even better at night.
Then fold in a colander, put in a saucepan, pour cold water and cook for 10-15 minutes on the highest heat. Toss the beans in a colander and rinse under cold water.
Put the beans back in the pan, add 3 cups boiling water and simmer for about 3-4 hours.
When the beans are almost ready, add the washed and chopped mushrooms and cook until cooked beans.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix with finely chopped dill.
Discard the beans and mushrooms in a colander to remove excess liquid, add the onion and dill and mix well hot. Add soy sauce and vegetable oil. Taste and add more sauce, salt and pepper if necessary.
In hot form, this dish can be used as a side dish, but now we will give it a little cool and serve as a snack.
Take washed bell peppers, cut them in half vertically, clean from seeds and fill with beans. Garnish with herbs and serve.
