Snack with Radish and Carrot Recipe
A wonderful combination of radishes and carrots, seasoned with sour cream with garlic and salt. I added more olives. But there's no need, I just had them. I served this snack on Borodino dried bread. A toast was served to the poached egg. You can just boil hard-boiled eggs and cut into quarters. It can be a snack served as a salad. You don't need a lot of it, you need to do as much as you eat. It's radish season!

Ingredients
For snack:
- 1 piece Carrot
- 6 pieces Radish
- 10 pieces Black olives
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream (10%)
- 1 clove Garlic
- Salt to taste
For serve:
- Chicken egg optional
- Melissa optional
Instructions
- Wash the carrots and radishes and dry them with a paper towel. Garlic can be taken more to taste. I pulled out a small tooth.
- Grate on a medium-sized grater. Garlic can be grated, squeezed out or finely chopped. I cut the olives into rings. We send everything to the dishes.
- Season with sour cream and salt to taste. It's done. Serve directly in the same dish.
- I'm going to toast Borodino bread. I'll dry the bread in the toaster. I'll put the appetizer on top of the toast.
- Great for serving egg snacks. Any egg: hard-boiled, fried or, as I did, a poached egg. I put an egg on one piece of toast. Decorated with melissa.
- Beat the egg yolk. Simple, sincere and useful!
